The 650 sq/ft apartment is very bright and can sleeps up to 5 people.  It is divided into a living room equipped with a good sofa bed for two, a kitchen and a dining area. It has one double bedroom and one single bedroom. One bathroom with shower.  Second floor (3rd American) with no lift.  Facilities include color TV, Air conditioning, washing machine, iron and iron board.

Booking procedure: 25% deposit is due at time of booking which can be made by credit card.  Balance due on arrival and must be made in Euros.

Arrival/Check In: Check in time is 2:00 p.m. or by appointment, check out is 10:00 a.m.  Arrivals outside of 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. has an additional 25 Euro surcharge.  

Cancellation policy: In the event of cancellation, deposit is non-refundable.  If within 30 days of arrival, additional fee of 1 nights will be also be charged.
