Apartment Description:  The apartment Delfinario is located in the heart of Venice. Itt is only 10 minutes walking from St Mark’s Square and a stone’s throw from the Biennale exhibition area and the Arsenale. The property is exactly located in Castello district, near the beginning of Via Garibaldi. Here you'll find a bustling row of characteristic Venetian shops, trattorie and coffee bars.

The ground floor apartment is 60 sqm in total and can sleep up to 6 guests.  It is divided into a green and white living room with a dining table and a fully equipped kitchen. Two bedrooms, both rooms have a double bed, while the largest room has a bunk bed for children and is light and airy thanks to a small balcony. One large bathroom with shower.

Minimum stay: 3 days

Booking procedure: 25% deposit is due at time of booking which can be made by credit card.  Balance due on arrival and must be made in Euros.

Arrival/Check In: Check in time is 2:00 p.m. or by appointment, check out is 10:00 a.m.  Arrivals outside of 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. has an additional 25 Euro surcharge.  

Cancellation policy: In the event of cancellation, deposit is non-refundable.  If within 30 days of arrival, additional fee of 1 nights will be also be charged.
