Apartment Description:  A lovely two bedroom apartment just 2 minutes walk to Rialto Bridge. It is on the upper floor of a typical Venetian building.  The apartment is finely decorated and furnished, composed of an entrance, living room, kitchen with dishwasher, a double bedroom, a second bedroom with bunk beds, and bathroom with shower and washing machine.

Minimum stay: 3 days

Booking procedure: 25% deposit is due at time of booking which can be made by credit card.  Balance due on arrival and must be made in Euros (or traveller's checks with 2% surcharge).

Arrival/Check In: Check in time is 3:00 p.m. or by appointment, check out is 10:00 a.m.  Arrivals outside of 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. has an additional 25 Euro surcharge.  

Cancellation policy: In the event of cancellation, deposit is non-refundable.  If within 15 days of arrival, additional fee of 1 nights will be also be charged.
