and functional with well separated areas.
The apartment San Samuele has a living area, a double
bedroom and a comfortable bathroom with shower.
San Samuele Studio has a living area, a double bed, a lovely
kitchen, completely equipped, and a bathroom with shower.
Ideal for a couple or a family with a little child.
Fans, central heating and TV in both apartments.

Minimum
stay: 5 days
Booking procedure: 25% deposit is due at time of booking
which can be made by credit card. Balance due on arrival
and must be made in Euros (or traveller's checks with 2%
surcharge).
Arrival/Check In: Check in time is 3:00 p.m. or by
appointment, check out is
10:00 a.m. Arrivals outside of 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
has an additional 25 Euro surcharge.
Cancellation policy: In the event of cancellation, deposit is non-refundable.
If within 15 days of arrival, additional fee of 1 nights will
be also be charged.
