I am writing you to thank you for all your arrangements so that our vacations were perfect. My family and I appreciated very much the apartment in Holborn: it was beautiful, clean, nicely situated, convenient, well-equipped, spacious… in short, it was just what we expected and more! You have been so nice to us and tried to satisfy our every demand promptly, so I figured I should let you know. We were overall very pleased with our accommodations and we will not hesitate to contact you again in case we decide to go back to London sometime soon.
