We have just arrived home after 10 great days in London. Thank you for your excellent service and help in finding us great accommodation in London. The flat at Kings House was great and so large that we were able to comfortably make dinner for 8 of our family members. The dining table even had an extension! This apartment certainly could accommodate more than the three of us very comfortably given that there is one double bed and three singles in the two bedrooms. The staff at Kings House were great and allowed us access to the apartment past the regular check out time as our flight did not leave Heathrow until 7 pm. As you advised the location was unbelievable. I will recommend your agency to friends and relatives and have posted a positive review on the TripAdvisor forum.

I just wanted to let you know what an enjoyable time the six of us had during our ten-day visit to London. Our flat on Earls Court was great, and we felt like neighboring Londoners at the end of our stay. There was a great of choice of restaurants and local pubs from which to choose, and closeby grocery shopping, too. The staff were friendly, courteous, and very helpful. If we ever find an opportunity for another visit to London, Regents Suites will be our first pick for places to stay. Thanks for all your assistance.

In the months leading up to our trip, you answered all of our questions immediately to ensure we had the info we needed to make the right decision for our needs. The apartment was great. It surpassed our expectations and more! Excellent location, spacious rooms, fully equipped kitchen, wifi, and great maid service. The underground station was a block and a half away and the apartment managers were also quick to answer any questions. Your group also arranged our pickup transport at Heathrow and he was time and waited to ensure we were settled. Small grocery mart around the corner was so convenient. We would definitely recommend this apartment to others!

Appreciated your help in the arrangements for this trip. The apartment was nice, the location was terrific and rue St. Dominque had a wonderful array of bakeries, specialty shops and eating places. Just a note to tell you how much we enjoyed our flat --- it was so perfect for us ---we walked to Buckingham Palace and Portobella Road on Saturday and all around --- we could get to Kensington Palace and Harrods and the VandA. We walked everywhere. We even walked to Paddington and the British Library which was amazing. Berners Street is close to everything. I will admit that walking down Oxford street is a little like playing dodge em cars with your body but we quickly learned to take a side street. Graeme was wonderful and so helpful.... we liked to tease him. I would highly recommend to anyone.

I wanted to let you know that we were very pleased with the apartment in Venice. The location is great, the area is very safe, the apartment is clean and beautifully furnished. Also, the owner arranged for a water taxi that left just a few steps from the apartment door and dropped us directly at the airport on the morning of departure, it was easy and stress-free. I was very impressed with your willingness to communicate with me frequently prior to departure. I would not hesitate to use your service on a future trip and will be sure to tell others about your company.

My two sons and I enjoyed the apartment very much (Archives Studio). It was quiet at night, and very close to the Hotel de Ville Metro stop, as well as Notre Dame and the Left Bank. The location could not have been better. It was great actually to hear the organ and piano music from the church next door in the evening, and even the choir rehearsing. Beautiful music!

My wife and I have just returned from our vacation and we were very pleased with the location and the quality of the executive studio apartment that we rented.
