We had the BEST time at the South Kensington 2 bedroom apartment - thank you! Apart from the perfect weather which I'm very grateful to you for organizing, the flat was in every way just perfect too. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped, the little garden outside was a lovely bonus, and the general elegance of the rooms was very pleasing. The proximity to the station was extremely convenient, yet when we were inside it was lovely and quiet. I would recommend the flat to anyone.

Location, location, location for both was beyond excellent, in the heart of everything and easy to get around by walking! The service in Paris was extraordinary and Susan in London was always at your beck and call if need be. Trying to think of something critical to say of both - but only good stuff - very well pleased. Thanks for all your help, and with these examples, we would not hesitate to use you again for other vacation property rentals.

Just wanted to let you know that we really enjoyed our 12 day stay in London. The London flat met our expectations, and then some. The bed there is really comfortable, and the location is fine, even when the weather isn't so great.

The location was just as you said; right in the middle of bustling Covent Garden. We were so grateful that the staff allowed us to occupy the apartment a little bit earlier than normal check-in. They were very helpful and friendly. Your help with ground transportation was also very much appreciated. Our driver was Robert, who could not have been more efficient, kind or friendly. If we have the opportunity to visit London again, we will definitely contact you and will happily and confidently recommend Regent Suites for any of our family, friends or business associates. My family and I appreciated very much the apartment in Holborn: it was beautiful, clean, nicely situated, convenient, well-equipped, spacious... in short, it was just what we expected and more! You have been so nice to us and tried to satisfy our every demand promptly, so I figured I should let you know. We were overall very pleased with our accommodations and we will not hesitate to contact you again in case we decide to go back to London sometime soon.
