Well, I just got back from London and wanted to tell you it was a good experience and I enjoyed working with you. The taxi driver was there on time and that worked out very well. We just wanted to thank you for making our stay in Paris a great one. The apartment manager couldn't have been nicer; the Luxembourg apartment was exactly as promised (and the kitchen better equipped than I expected). The kids loved everything about it--and this really mattered since the weather was very cold and outings, except to museums, were necessarily short. The driver found us at the airport, and was patient waiting for us to come through customs. He was as equally accommodating in picking us up for the return trip. Should you ever need a reference, we'd be happy to supply one and will certainly call on you again when next we go to Europe.
We had a magnificent stay in the best apartment in London. You were right the location was simply outstanding and the apartment brand new and amazing. Your manager was a real find and helped with all our enquires. Please could you email me a brochure so we can refer others to your London Apartments.

Just a quick note to let you know how much we enjoyed our apartment in Paris at Theatre. It was truly a wonderful location. We were on the 3st floor and had a panoramic view of the city from the Arc de Triomphe, Eiffel Tower, Sacre Couer, Notre Dame, Les Invalides and across the city to the Bois. The staff were courteous and helpful - if a little amused at a gaggle of 8 American women. My concerns about being stuck out in the wrong end of the city were unfounded as the metro made quick work of getting around. We went out to Versailles the first full day and I was amazed to be transported to another century for 70 cents. We only resorted to a taxi once when getting from the Louvre to Montmartre was going to involve 4 metro changes. So we got 2 taxis and drove up the Champs Elysee then off to Montmartre - a whirlwind tour of that part of the city. Thanks again for all your assistance. I really felt you were personally interested in our group having a good time. I will certainly look to your company again when next I go. You can count on it!
