Just wanted to thank you for helping us in our search for a London apartment. We were very pleased with our stay at the Kensington Mansions flat on Earls Court Road. The apartment was comfortable and the location was fantastic! We felt safe. There were plenty of places to eat (both fast food and other) and three grocery stores within just a few blocks. The subway REALLY was only three blocks away (I was doubtful!) Ms. Jeanette was kind and helpful in greeting us. Please let her know how much her presence helped our peace of mind – from both a security stand-point and knowing she was there to assist us with information. For first-timers in London, this was a real plus. We would definitely recommend the apartment to others. Also, it’s worth mentioning that George, our taxi driver, was exceptionally courteous and helpful. His warm welcome made a great first impression of London and Regent Suites!
