I’m writing to thank you for all your help planning our trip to London. We stayed at Bedford Street in Covent Garden. The flat was very comfortable and suited our needs completely. The location was just as you said; right in the middle of bustling Covent Garden. We were so grateful that the staff allowed us to occupy the apartment a little bit earlier than normal check-in. They were very helpful and friendly. Your help with ground transportation was also very much appreciated. Our driver was Robert, who could not have been more efficient, kind or friendly.
