Thoroughly refurbished and charming Georgian building houses just eight exclusive apartments, each with their own floorplan and character. The apartments range in size from one bedroom with separate dressing room up to a three bedroom apartment sleeping 5 people. Sofabeds are available in some apartments to increase sleeping capacity. Each apartment benefits from private laundry facilities and is decorated to a high specification,combining new with old, featuring original fireplaces and surroundings yet benefitting from modern, bright and spacious living areas. Wireless broadband internet is free to use though there is a one-time $25 set-up fee.

Location too is equally as impressive, with Oxford Street, Covent Garden and The British Museum just some of the West End attractions this property is within close proximity. Please note this building does not have a lift.

Apartment Types:

1 Bedroom: Double or 2 single beds in bedroom
2 Bedroom: Double or 2 single beds in both bedrooms (some include only 1 single bed in 2nd bedroom plus double sofa bed in living room)
3 Bedroom: Double bed in 1st bedroom, double or 2 single beds in 2nd bedroom, 1 single bed in 3rd bedroom (and cot available for 6th guest)

Terms & Conditions:

Minimum stay: 1 week (shorter stays available at additional cost)
Booking procedure: 35% advance payment is due at time of booking by VISA or M/C only, balance due 6 weeks prior to arrival.
Security Deposit: $500 credit card pre-authorization transaction will be made on day of arrival by the apartment as a security/damage deposit, and will be cancelled following settlement of any outstanding account. A pre-authorization transaction is not debited from the card holders account, the amount is only held for a short period of time and then automatically cancelled, unless damages are found in the apartment during the stay.
Arrival/Check In: Check-in time is 2:00 p.m., check-out is 10:00 a.m. Keys available 24 hours/day at nearby office by British Museum / University of London. Please note some of these apartments are rented by professors and students for part of the year.
Cancellation policy: Advance payment is non-refundable for all cancellations. If cancellation is less than 1 month prior to arrival, there is no refund unless the apartment is re-let. Clients are strongly recommended to ensure that they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time of booking.
