These comfortably furnished apartments have been individually designed with high ceilings and well-proportioned rooms. The apartments range in size from studios to spacious three bedroom apartments that can sleep eight people. Note small 2 bedroom/1 bathroom apartments are located on top floor only (6th floor with lift up to 5th floor), large 2 bedroom/1 bathroom and 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartments are on 5th and 6th floor. Other types of units would be on ground to 4th floor (with lift).

Bedding Configuration in 4 bedroom apartment: King bed (or 2 single beds) in 3 bedrooms, double bed in 4th bedroom.

Reception staff are on duty to arrange theatre tickets, excursions, sightseeing, restaurant reservations, parking, airport transfers and car hire to ensure your stay is trouble free. Daily maid service Monday to Friday (no weekend service).

In addition, leisure facilities are available a block away. Within a few minutes walk there is an attractive garden with seats and a play area for children. Also, a gym is nearby for those who want to workout.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

Minimum stay: 3 nights (5 night minimum during Thanksgiving/Christmas/New Years).

Booking procedure: 20% rental deposit taken at time of booking, balance due 14 days prior to arrival.

Arrival/Check In: Check in time is 1:00 p.m., check out is 10:00 a.m. Reception hours are 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday to Friday.

Cancellation policy: Cancellation terms are currently fluctuating. Normally, rental deposit is non-refundable but can be used as credit for future stay. If within 28 days of commencement of stay, no refund can be made. Clients are strongly recommended to ensure that they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time of booking.
