DESCRIPTION: Spacious studio, 1 and 2 bedroom apartments on a modern serviced apartment block with lift, situated just off Oxford Street, in one of London’s oldest garden squares, in the heart of Theatreland – ideal for shopping and entertainment.

The studio apartment has a dining area, large kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher & direct access to attractive roof terrace with views over the square. The 1 bedroom has color TV, Italian style bathrooms, dining area, large kitchen with washing machine, dish washer, fridge, cooker, microwave. Direct access via French doors to attractive roof terrace with views over the square. The 2 bedroom apartments have washing machine, dishwasher and microwave.  Note lift in building goes to 4th floor, and studio & 1 bedroom unit are on 5th floor. There are no phones in the apartments however guests will be provided with mobile phones (for local calls only or long distance with prepaid phone card) during stay.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

Minimum stay: 1 week

Booking procedure: 25% deposit taken at time of booking, balance due 6 weeks prior to arrival. $500 security/damage deposit charged on arrival and refunded once inventory is done (usually within 1 week after check-out).

Arrival/Check In: Check in time is 1:00 pm, check out is 10:00 am. Airport transfer can be provided at additional cost ($100 for car fitting 4 passengers & luggage) and is required for all arrivals outside of normal business hours of 8:00 am to 3:00 pm, Monday to Friday as the driver will have the keys.

Cancellation policy: Rental deposit and security deposit is non-refundable for all cancellations. If cancellation is less than 6 weeks prior to arrival, there is No refund unless the apartment is re-let. Clients are strongly recommended to ensure that they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time of booking.
