The apartment is served by either Pimlico or Victoria tube stations and the area is very attractive with beautiful period buildings, interesting cafes and restaurants and is walking distance to the River, Buckingham Palace, Belgravia and Westminster. As well as a great tube service there are several buses connecting the whole of London.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

Minimum stay: 1 week

Booking procedure: 25% deposit taken at time of booking, balance due 6 weeks prior to arrival. $500 security/damage deposit charged on arrival and refunded once inventory is done (usually within 1 week after check-out).

Arrival/Check In: Check in time is 1:00 pm, check out is 10:00 am. Airport transfer can be provided at additional cost ($100 for car fitting 4 passengers & luggage) and is required for all arrivals outside of normal business hours of 8:00 am to 3:00 pm, Monday to Friday as the driver will have the keys.

Cancellation policy: Rental deposit and security deposit is non-refundable for all cancellations. If cancellation is less than 6 weeks prior to arrival, there is No refund unless the apartment is re-let. Clients are strongly recommended to ensure that they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time of booking.
