TERMS & CONDITIONS

Minimum stay: 7 nights (shorter stays available at additional cost)

Booking procedure: 15% rental deposit taken at time of booking, balance due 30 days prior to arrival.

Arrival/Check In: Check in time is 2:00 p.m., check out is 10:00 a.m.

Cancellation policy: For cancellations 21 days or more prior to arrival, 1 nights rent is charged. If received less than 21 days prior to arrival, 4 night rent is taken.
